Does this work with a pool of thousands?

Yes, that is what it is built for. The official WhatsApp Business Platform has no 256-person group limit and does not block you for volume. What scales with you is Meta's per-conversation fee and your quality rating, so targeted sending pays off.

Can my whole team work on one number?

Yes. On the official platform several users work on the same number at the same time, each with their own login. The free WhatsApp Business app cannot do that: it is tied to one phone plus a few linked devices.

What happens to the chats already in our WhatsApp Business app?

They stay. With Meta Coexistence, Boomer runs alongside the app on the same number, so you keep your history and your contacts. A few things do not carry over: edited messages, group chats, broadcast lists and profile pictures.

How is personal data handled?

Boomer processes personal data on your behalf. You sign a data processing agreement, which is published on this site so you can read it before you start. It is in Dutch, as are the other legal documents.

Does Boomer connect to our systems?

Boomer connects to existing scheduling software, Fleks among them, and otherwise works with imports and an API. What you use today for hours, contracts and invoicing does not have to change.
