Boomer is a communication platform that stands on its own. Keep your scheduling software and let Boomer reach your pool and fill your shifts. Switching is not required.

Communication first. Your scheduling stays as it is.

Boomer is first of all a communication platform: you reach your whole flex pool over WhatsApp without risking your number, with reporting and AI. That stands on its own. You do not have to change anything about your scheduling to get started.

That is a deliberate choice. Most agencies already have their scheduling running and do not want to replace it in order to communicate better.

Fleks: both directions

With Fleks the loop closes. Boomer pulls in your open shifts, the AI approaches the right workers over WhatsApp, and whoever signs up or cancels ends up back in Fleks. Nothing retyped, one source of truth.

XPS: your worker records stay current

For XPS we sync your workers, including profile photos. New people and changes come across automatically, so your pool in Boomer is right without anyone updating lists.

Running something else?

Then Boomer runs alongside it. You schedule the way you are used to and use Boomer to reach your people. That works fine, only without the automatic write-back.

Boomer has its own scheduling too. If you want to move to one system eventually, that is possible. It is explicitly not a condition: what we help with today is filling your shifts, not replacing your scheduling.

Do I have to replace my scheduling software?

No, and that is deliberate. Boomer is a communication platform first. You keep scheduling the way you do and use Boomer to reach your pool and fill your shifts.

Which systems does Boomer connect to?

With Fleks the loop is closed: open shifts out, sign-ups and cancellations back. Other systems run alongside, and we build connections based on what customers actually use.

What do I miss without a connection?

The automatic write-back. You still reach your pool and fill your shifts, but you enter the sign-up in your own scheduling instead of Boomer doing it.

Does Boomer have scheduling of its own?

Yes, but it is not a requirement. If you want to move to one system later, you can. What we help with today is filling your shifts, not replacing your scheduling.

How quickly is a connection set up?

For Fleks it is configuration, not construction. For a system we do not support yet it depends on what that system offers. Tell us what you use and we will look at it.
