How many workers can I manage?

There is no practical ceiling. Pools of several thousand are normal. The official WhatsApp Business Platform has no 256-person group limit and does not block you for volume, so what scales is your message spend, not your risk.

How do I get my database into Boomer?

Through a connection with your scheduling software, or through an import. With Fleks we pull open shifts and push sign-ups back. Using something else, you start with an import and keep your own scheduling as it is.

Can my workers see each other's phone numbers?

No. Everyone gets their own conversation with your number. That is the difference with a group chat, where two hundred people see each other's numbers and can reply to each other.

What can I filter on when selecting people?

On whatever you record: availability, distance to the job, certificates, previous experience at a site, cost price, how often you already asked them. Targeted selection means fewer declines, and it costs less, because you pay per conversation.

Does my data stay mine?

Yes. Boomer processes personal data on your behalf under a data processing agreement, published on this site. You remain the controller.
