Why do staff group chats get blocked?

Because WhatsApp cannot tell a group of two hundred workers apart from a spam group. A few people hitting report or leave is enough for the group, or the number running it, to go. It is not something you did wrong, WhatsApp simply was not built for this.

How is this different from a broadcast list?
