How a round runs

  1. Open shifts come in from your schedule. You do not retype them.
  2. You choose who gets asked, or let the AI match on distance, cost and past experience.
  3. The invitation goes out over WhatsApp, on the official Business Platform, so your number is not at risk.
  4. Questions get answered on the spot. Where is it, what time, what does it pay, how do I get there.
  5. Whoever signs up lands back in your schedule. No second administration.

That last step is the difference from messaging by hand. With a group chat or a broadcast you get twenty replies that you have to sort out and copy over yourself. Here the sign-up is written back into the system your schedule already lives in.

Works with the scheduling you already have

What does the AI actually do?

It invites the people who fit an open shift, answers the questions that follow (where, what time, what does it pay, how do I get there), and puts sign-ups back into your scheduling. Anything it does not know or is not allowed to decide, it hands to you.

Does the AI decide who gets scheduled?

Only if you set it up that way. You define the criteria and the pace: which group it reaches, how far it may scale up, and whether it schedules or proposes. Most agencies start with proposals and enable automatic scheduling later, per shift type.

Do workers notice they are talking to an AI?

There is no act. The answers are about their shift, their location and their hours, and we do not pretend a human is typing. As soon as a question falls outside that, a planner takes over.

Where does the AI get its answers?

From your data: the shift, the client, the location, the arrangements you recorded, and the questions your pool asked before. A language model without that context produces plausible nonsense, which is worse than no answer.

Do sign-ups land in my scheduling system?
